I am so excited for Capitol Market's fourth annual ALL FIRED UP competition!
My name is Lilliana! I am a 14-year student who just finished my middle school career at Horace Mann Middle School. I will attend high school at Capital High School in the Fall. This will be my third year competing in the ALL FIRED UP competition at the Capitol Market. I enjoy cooking at home for my family. This competition is a fun and unique experience that allows me to enhance my culinary skills and gain more cooking experience. In addition to meeting other young people who also have a love for cooking.
Knowing how to cook at a young age is an important life skill. It’s a foundation for personal growth. I believe it helps increase independence, responsibility, confidence, and expands my imaginative thinking and expression.
But I need your support! Please like, share, comment, and donate to help get the word out there. The more engagement, the better my chances of competing. And, it's all for a good cause. All proceeds will support youth programming at Capitol Market.
