I am so excited for Capitol Market's fourth annual ALL FIRED UP competition!
My name is Lilliana! I am an 8th grader competing in my second year of the ALL FIRED UP competition at the Capitol Market. I enjoy cooking at home for my family. This competition is a fun and unique experience that allows me to enhance my culinary skills and gain more cooking experience.
Knowing how to cook at a young age is an important life skill. It’s a foundation for personal growth. I believe it helps increase independence, responsibility, confidence, and expands my imaginative thinking and expression.
