Let's get ALL FIRED UP!

I am so excited for the opportunity to cook for the judges at the Capital Market All Fired Up! grilling competition!! I started cooking with my mom when I was about 4 or 5, and my love for the craft has only gotten stronger since then! While my mom taught me to bake and cook, I’ve taken on the challenge of grilling on my own, with supervision, of course!

If selected, this will be my third year participating in the competition. I think having the kids competition is great as it gives us an opportunity to show that we can be competitive just like the adults.

Going to the Capital Market is one of my favorite activities. I love wandering around the vendors and checking out all of the things they have. My favorite shops are Sushi Garden and all of the fresh produce vendors during the summer! Supporting the market is very important! The support allows for things like the grilling competition to happen, and allows everyone access to fresh fruits and vegetables!
